PREMIUM WINE PAIRING
25

SKOURAS  ST GEORGE
100% AGIORGITIKO
NEMEA, GREECE

The color is bright, deep morello cherry-red. The nose reveals aromas of blackberries, raspberries, and ripe strawberries with just a touch of tobacco and spices such as clove and cinnamon. It is a medium-bodied wine with elegant structure, balanced acidity, and very ripe, elegant tannins. The finish is moderately-long, dominated by red fruits and followed by sweet vanilla and black pepper.

VOELOS CRIANZA
  100% TEMPRANILLO
RIOJA, SPAIN

Garnet-red with a cherry-colored rim. Clear and bright sheen. This Crianza wine stands out for its complexity, freshness and elegance. On the nose it is tremendously fragrant and appealing. The typical red-berry fruit of the Tempranillo grape come to the fore, accompanied by more subtle notes from the ageing and mineral nuances. On the palate it reflects the marked cold nature of the vintage. It is fresh and nicely balanced, with good backbone and cellaring potential. It is an appetizing wine which invites you to savor it

LA SALA CHIANTI CLASSICO
 80% SANGIOVESE / 20 % MERLOT
TUSCANY, ITALY

This wine has an intense and vivid ruby red color, a typical young Sangiovese aroma, with red fruits like cherries, floral notes like violet and peony, and a light aroma of bergamot zest. The sip is fresh and velvety, and all the aromas recognized by the nose correspond harmoniously on the palate. Intense and juicy, easy to drink. The final is soft and pleasantly sapid, with delicate mature tannin. It is the most representative wine of the Chianti Classico region.
